Skeem Saam star, Mlungisi Bafana Mathe, who plays the role of Emkay Biyela on the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) 1 soap opera Skeem Saam has opened up on his acting career as well as his religion and spiritual journey as a sangoma.
The KwaZulu-Natal born actor is serious about religion and was a church youth leader and a preacher earlier on in his life before eventually becoming a pastor. However, along the way, Mlungisi got a calling from his ancestors which he embraced.
